About the legal nature of the contract technological connection: a new look at the problem

The article analyzes different views on the legal nature of the agreement on connection (technological connection) to the networks of engineering and technical support, which have developed in the Russian legal doctrine and judicial practice. To reveal the essence of such an agreement, the author analyzes the legal nature of the category “power” and concludes that the agreement of technological connection in legal essence is a contract for the provision of services.
