Legal nature of contracts on alienation of corporate rights

This article deals with description of the legal nature of contracts, which mediate the transfer of corporate rights. The author studies feasibility of the cession structure application to the corporate rights transfer taking into account law regulations of Ukraine and the Russian Federation. It is substantiated, that the corporate rights transfer is proceeding by the transfer of the ownership right on the basis of the agreement.
