Legal nature and entity of institute of mutual delegation of powers of subjects of the public power

In article the terminology database of institute of mutual delegation used in jurisprudence and the legislation is considered. Standard legal support of realization of a system of delegation of powers is analysed. It is revealed that distributions of powers and their delegations are represented by labor-intensive process which part has to be carried out in the experimental mode.
