Legal status of token (digital right) as a new object of civil relations

There is no common understanding of the term “token” in legal literature and law enforcement practice due to the fact that the concept of “token” includes essentially different objects of civil legal relations. The author analyzes the comprehension of this term and considers the issue of legal regulation of token.
