Legal regulation of international cargo air transportation

Some rules of law that regulate issues of economic and, accordingly, customs space, as well as solve the problems of applying prohibitions on customs duties, fees and other restrictions for the free movement of goods, services and financial resources are considered. Prospective ways to overcome the restrictions on transport by all modes of transport within the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as the elimination of many obstacles affecting the formation and development of the transport services market are outlined.
