The legal family and the legal system: the ratio of concepts

This article analyzes the concept of the legal family and the legal system, as well as their relationship. Examines the different grounds of classification, proposed by legal scholars to date. It is noted that none of the existing classifications of legal families is exhaustive, so in the scientific literature you can find different units of national law families.
