Legal system of protection of honor and dignity of employees of internal affairs bodies: problematic aspects

The article gives a classification of the main ways to protect the honor and dignity, as well as the business reputation of employees of internal Affairs bodies, established by current legislation. The authors especially consider the judicial procedure for the protection of honor and dignity, and highlight its mandatory conditions for implementation. The article analyzes the practice of appeals to the court of employees of internal Affairs bodies for the protection of honor and dignity.
