The article Legal Interpretation of Politics deals with the concepts of thinkers who considered politics and state as derivatives from law, and first of all natural human rights. They thought that natural human rights are the basis of public law, laws and government activities. The article dwells on theories of outstanding thinkers such as Platoon, Aristotle, T. Gobs, I. Kant, Hegel. They interpreted politics and state as activities aimed at the protection of basic human rights which one gets at birth: the rights for life, liberty, safety, property.
