Legal protection: constitutional and legal aspects

Introduction: the article in a production plan terms of modern Russian constitutional law considers a complex and multifaceted problem - the legal protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Varieties of this legal protection are identified. The fundamental idea is upheld that the legal protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen is a special channel for regulating social relations, the mechanism of which requires deep and comprehensive research. Materials and methods: the legal ground of the study is formed by the constitution of the Russian Federation and legislation based on it that addresses issues aimed at the legal protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, of those benefits that are of value to society and its statehood.
