Legal support of anti-recessionary economic measures in the European Union

This article analyzes the European Union's legislation ensuring the implementation of organizational and economic measures aimed at the maintenance of financial and economic stability. The authors describe forms of legal regulation of anti-recessionary measures, peculiarities of rights and duties of subjects of these measures, and issues of the liability of the EU member states for failure to fulfill the anti-recessionary obligations.
