Legal support of state support of environmentally-oriented social enterprises in foreign countries

The relevance of the study is due to the deepening socio-ecological crisis, requiring the search for innovative approaches to the development of the socio-economic sphere, one of which is the formation of a legal model of socio-environmental entrepreneurship based on positive foreign lawmaking and law enforcement experience. It is concluded that the Russian socio-entrepreneurial model of social entrepreneurship does not meet foreign trends in the joint development of social and environmental entrepreneurship and needs to be adjusted. Substantiates recommendations for improving legislation.
