Legal support for public information systems in real estate

The author analyzes the structure of the legal provision of public information systems in real estate, the role and place of federal laws in the formation of inventory and property systems, cadastral and technical properties, and the system of state registration of property rights and deals with them. The article proposes concrete measures to streamline the interaction between information systems and development of land legislation.
