Legal support of subsoil management licensing

The paper studies theoretic legal and legislative foundations of the subsoil management licensing. The author analyzes the legal nature, the conceptual apparatus, industry affiliation of the subsoil management licensing institution, and the system of laws regulation the subsoil management licensing. Basing upon the undertaken researches the author makes informative conclusions, and provides suggestions on deepening and extension of the theoretic legal bases and improvement of the current legislation.
