Legal status of arbitration manager

Arbitration manager is a special body approved by the court. Insolvency (bankruptcy) law contains special requirements for arbitration managers. A person with the status of an arbitration manager is endowed with special powers. In the event of improper performance own commitments or violations in bankruptcy proceedings, arbitration manager shall be liable in accordance with applicable law.
