Legal status of minority shareholders in the Russian Federation and foreign states

The article provides a comparative analysis of the norms and institutions of law of the Russian Federation and European countries with rich experience in resolving corporate conflicts. Recently, there has been a tendency to provide large rights and protect owners of small blocks of shares, which ensures the social function of companies focused on protecting minority shareholders.
