Legal status of the advocate’s assistant and advocate’s trainee by the legislation of the republic of Kazakhstan

Purpose: Research of a legal status of advocate’s assistant and advocate’s trainee and on the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Methodology: Formal-legal and comparative and legal methods were used. Results: In article the place and a role of the advocate’s assistant and advocate’s trainee in system of rendering the qualified legal aid to citizens and the organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan are analyzed, the detailed analysis of a legal status of these persons, a functional purpose of its activity and other requirements imposed to them is carried out. By results of the conducted research by the author the conclusions directed on improvement of a legal regulation of the status of advocate’s assistant and advocate’s trainee in the Republic of Kazakhstan are formulated. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses high scientific value and has the practical importance as is one of the first works devoted to the analysis of a legal status of advocate’s assistant and advocate’s trainee by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
