Legal status of parents and children as subjects of legal relations of alimony

The article deals with the problematic issues of the legal status of such subjects of the legal relationship of alimony as parents and children. The author notes that the relationship of alimony between parents and children is mutual. The characteristic of the status of each of the subjects has its own characteristics, which affects the content of the legal relationship of alimony. The assessment of such characteristics of the status as need for assistance, inability to work. Theoretical positions are illustrated by practical examples.
