Legal regulation of bank deposit in Russia and in the EU countries

On the basis of the analysis of the international and the national banking legislation the article considers the legal regulation of bank deposit in the legal systems of the EU countries and Russia. The authors discuss the bank deposit as a banking transaction; compulsory licensing of fundraising operations; special legal regime of the system guaranteeing the refund of deposits.
