Legal regulation of the budgetary account and the budgetary reporting in the Russian Federation

In article need of maintenance of appropriate system of the budgetary account and the activity reporting on implementation of the state (municipal) control which is extremely difficult is proved, and, therefore, doesn't provide transparency of financial activity of public educations not only for control authorities, but also for legislative (representative) bodies, so, and for all society.
