Legal regulation of anti-doping at the international and national levels

This study provides the analysis of the legal regulation of anti-doping. The article deals with the normative legal acts that have a classification depending on its legal force: International conventions and standards in the field of anti-doping, Federal Legislation of the Russian Federation - the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the Code of Administrative Offences, the Federal Law «On physical education and sports in the Russian Federation»; also the acts of the Executive Branch of the Russian Federation - orders of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation. The results of the study revealed some gaps in the regulation of the use of various substances that due to unforeseen circumstances, such as accidents, injuries, dizziness, etc., can be used to improve the condition of an athlete.
