Legal regulation of marital and family relations involving foreign citizens and stateless persons

The article is devoted to the study and analysis of the legal regulation of marital and family relations involving foreign citizens and stateless persons. The author considers the main problems that arise during marriage, registration of a prenuptial agreement, as well as during divorce. An overview of international law in this area will also be conducted and ways to solve emerging problems will be proposed. The novelty and uniqueness of the work lies in the analysis of standards and norms that will ensure the protection of the rights and interests of all participants in relations involving foreign citizens and stateless persons, taking into account the specifics of each situation and ensuring the possibility of peaceful and fair resolution of disputes.
