Legal regulation of activity of social workers with teenagers of deviant behaviour in Russian Federation

The article analyzes the regulatory framework governing activities of social services for prevention of abnormal behavior of minors. It is noted that regulatory framework governing social work with adolescents of deviant type, consists of five levels, based on the subjects of their publication. It was concluded that the domestic legislator created prerequisites for development of social work with deviant adolescents, however, in modern conditions there is a problem of its implementation in practice. So, state and public support of all departments responsible for welfare and interests of difficult adolescents is necessary.
