Legal regulation of distance education at the university

The article is devoted to the use of innovations by educational organizations in the form of distance learning technologies. Based on the legislation, the concept, distance education is presented, the regulatory legal acts governing their application in the education system are identified, the shortcomings of the regulatory framework in this area and the ways to overcome them are noted.
