Legal regulation of pre-school education

The article considers the basics of legal regulation of preschool education in Russia. The article presents an analysis of the main provisions in this area contained in Federal law No. 273-FZ of December 29, 2012 "On education in the Russian Federation". An overview of the main types of preschool organizations is given. Their key rights, duties and responsibilities are highlighted.
