Legal regulation of the state civil service in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan

The given article presents to the reader normative legal standings initially defining legal regulation of social relations which emerge, change or cease in connection with the realisation of the constitutional rights of the Russian citizen when taking and performing civil service and in the sphere of its realisation and functioning. Legal grounds being set by the law serve as fundamental principles on which further legal regulation of the civil service when realised on the federal and regional levels is based. The cited normative legal acts are dated May 8th, 2009.
