Legal regulation of economic relations in the conditions of digitalization of modern society

The authors in their article tried to consider the legal problems of digitalization from various points of view, taking into account the current state of the economy, technology and various social sciences. Innovations in the global aspect of digitalization fill the functional impact of law with new content. Modern processes taking place in society and related to digitalization are reforming the nature of the activities of the subjects of law themselves and the scope of their relationships, forming new forms of acceptance of managerial decisions and responsibility for their non-fulfillment. In addition, the article raises legal issues related to electronic legal acts and their application within the framework of legal mechanisms, and also raises the question of the potential and permissible limits of automation of law. Within the framework of the article, it concluded that in the conditions of digital socio-economic and public administration transformation are the right mechanisms, regardless of their implementation and approach to formation, will retain a stable role as a regulator of socio-economic and other social processes, ensuring both stability and the necessary transformative activity of individuals and public institutions.
