Legal regulation of collection activities as a business process in the digital age

The article analyzes digital technologies used in collection activities. The author relates to them the digitalization and systematization of the process of legal debt collection, an automated debt collection management system, electronic information standardization resources for the work of collectors, etc. He draws, in particular, the following conclusions:1) the introduction of digital technologies is necessary for the further development of digitalization of collection activities the use of large databases; 2) the obligatory inclusion of collection agencies in the state register is an effective mechanism for protecting the rights of debtors.
