Legal regulation of relations under the contract of retail purchase and sale in case of absence in the contract of conditions on the transfer of goods

Retail sale is one of the most frequently concluded contracts in our lives. The sale of goods prepaid without indication of term of delivery of the goods, may give rise to disputes between the seller and the buyer. In order to avoid abuse of rights by the buyer, must be paid in the current legislation of the changes connected with the period of performance of the obligation of the retail sale.
