Legal regulation of the right to life within the framework of administrative procedure

The issues concerning the guarantee of the right to life in the framework of administrative proceedings are relevant today. Chapters 30, 31 and 31.1 of the code of administrative procedure of the Russian Federation address the issues of guaranteeing the right to life. Thus, Chapter 30 of the CAS of the Russian Federation regulates issues related to the procedure of forced hospitalization of a person to a hospital for psychiatric care, or the extension of such hospitalization, as well as issues related to the compulsory examination of a citizen for mental health. Psychiatric care, the procedure for its provision and guarantees of the rights of citizens to whom psychiatric care is provided are regulated by The law of the Russian Federation «on psychiatric care and guarantees of the rights of citizens in its provision».
