The article identifies the legal problems of land located within the boundaries of the special economic zone of the Russian Federation and in state and (or) municipal property. The conditions and the possibility of simplifying the procedures for granting such land. Having analyzed the relevant legal and regulatory framework. The ways of solving the problems identified and concluded that it will significantly simplify the procedure of land located within the boundaries of the special economic zones and in state and (or) municipal property.
