Legal regulation of application of information technologies in subsurface use

The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of the use of information technologies in the spheres of subsoil use and state management. The positive and negative influence of informatization on the development of subsoil use relations is analyzed and the question of the expediency of introducing such technologies in the sphere under consideration is posed. The authors come to the conclusion that the use of information technology contributes to the implementation of the strategy of introducing digital technologies and platform solutions in the areas of public administration and public services.
