Legal regulation of application of artificial intelligence and robotics technologies as a forming new complex branch of law in most representative states and international integration associations: problem statement

The models of legal regulation of artificial intelligence and robotics in the most representative states and international integration associations are analyzed. Solve the problem of identifying features and general laws of legal regulation of artificial intelligence, the definition of this concept as a legal category. The issues of regulating social relations related to the functioning of artificial intelligence technologies and their fixation in the legal norms of different legal systems are considered. Presents conclusions about the nature and significance of the legal regulation of artificial intelligence in the development of the economy and politics of modern states and integration associations. The possibility of using the described foreign experience in Russia is estimated.
