Legal regulation of compulsory alienation of real property for public use

The author considers the most important innovations in the regulation of relations on the seizure of property, which entered into force on 1 April 2015 in connection with the amendments to the Land code of the Russian Federation and other normative legal acts. A comparative analysis with the previously applicable law, we offer a definition of forced alienation of property for state or municipal needs.
