Legal regulation of the reorganization of a legal entity

This article reveals some features of the reorganization of certain forms of legal entities and the conditions under which all guarantees of the rights of participants in transactions can be observed. Particular attention is paid to the problems of legal documentation of reorganization procedures. With the development of civil law relations in the Russian Federation, the problems that arise and accompany the process of reorganization of legal entities are under the scrutiny of domestic legislation.
