Legal regulation of the social sphere as a way of establishing social statehood

Introduction: the article discusses new assessments and characteristics of the social state in legal science. Materials and methods: the basis of the study is the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scientific research in the field of constitutional law, comparative law on the studied issues. The methodological basis of the study was the general dialectical method of scientific knowledge, which is universal in nature, as well as methods of logical deduction, induction, cognitive, statistical methods, methods of comparison, analysis, generalization and description. Research results: The changes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are shown, aimed not only at the implementation of social policy in the narrow sense, that is, at the social security of those in need from social funds, at social protection, but also in the development of entrepreneurship as a kind of useful creative activity of the economically active population.
