Legal regulation of social protection of low-private families in modern Russia

The article analyzes the regulatory framework governing social protection of low-income families. This type of family is the most vulnerable of social categories, any negative phenomena that occur in society are directly reflected in this family. Therefore, in the Russian social sector it is necessary to create a solid base for low-income families and conditions conducive to improving their quality of life. This can be achieved by finding new means of protection and support of this category of families and improvement of the already existing levers of control and maintenance of these families in the most comfortable conditions for them. The most important place in the provision of social assistance to low-income families should be taken by those measures that contribute to the adaptation of this category of families to the economic situation in the country, increasing their socio-economic activity.
