Legal regulation of creation and functioning the conciliation commissions in the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation

The paper examines the basic laws and regulations in the field of governing conciliations between the chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation as the most effective way to overcome disputes in legislation. The author analyzes the main doctrinal ideas on the issue under consideration, justifies the need for further development of the Institute of conciliations.
