The legal regulation of customs relations in the Eurasian Economic Union

The legal regulation of customs relations in the EEU is one of the key issues of legislation in the single economic space of six member states of the EEU. The Customs Code of the EEU draft, written by a task team of the Eurasian Economic Commission, is nowadays а subject under discussion between lawyers, economists and entrepreneurs.
