Legal regulation of homeowners' association

this article is devoted to the legal status of the homeowners ' Association and the legal status through the formation of a legal entity, the rights and obligations of the partnership, the legislative norms governing the establishment of the partnership. This paper analyzes the powers and responsibilities of the Association, the order of occurrence and cessation of membership rights of the partnership, the fundamental documents to be delivered at home in control of the HOA, the turnover resulting from the activities of the partnership.
