Legal regulation of establishing and correcting the boundaries of subsoil areas

The author analyzes the legislation of Russian Federation on mineral resources concerning the regulation of establishing the boundaries of subsoil areas. The article examines legal mechanism of establishing the boundaries of subsoil areas, their changes, as well as the basics of correcting technical errors in information about the boundaries of subsoil areas. The author offers an overview of the directions of improvement of the legislation on mineral resources based on analyze of the judicial practice.
