Legal regulation of changes and amendments in the license for subsoil use: commentary of the legislation

The author of the article analyzes the reasons for introducing changes and additions to the license for the use of subsoil, provided for by the Russian legislation on subsoil. The bylaws regulating the procedure for amending and supplementing the license for each of the grounds are examined, problems and contradictions of the legal regulation are identified.
