The article contains the results of a study of judicial practice in order to identify shortcomings in the legal regulation of the prohibition of discrimination in the sphere of labor. The object of interest includes cases of misconduct by employers in relation to employees and job seekers. The relevance of this topic is due to the growth of social inequality in modern society.
