Legal regulation of the land issue in modern Russia

The article examines the key economic and legal issues in land law and related industries, regulating various aspects of land use. From the perspective of optimization of land use allocated seven legislative groups analyzed their inherent problems, proposed solutions. In particular, the transition from the institution to the zoning categories of land territory, extending a renewal rights to certain plots of land, construction of legislative authorization farmhouses on agricultural land, the introduction of a single tax on real estate.
