Resume: The article examines the institution of bankruptcy of credit institutions. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the peculiarities of legal regulation, as well as the reasons for the bankruptcy of credit institutions and the consequences of this process. The article discusses the key problems of declaring Russian credit institutions bankrupt.
