Legal nihilism is the denial of law as the most effective regulator of social relations. Legal nihilism is an urgent problem of the modern Russian state. It is also widespread among state and municipal officials. The imperative mandate significantly reduces the number of offenses and crimes among elected officials. In terms of the great influence of legal nihilism on society and the state, the issues of studying and forming scientific views on the relationship between the imperative mandate and legal nihilism are relevant now.
