Legal nihilism and legal idealism as a phenomenon of the Russian political mentality

This scientific article presents the results of a theoretical review of the problem of legal nihilism and legal idealism as a phenomenon of the Russian political mentality. The concept is formulated and the structure of legal nihilism and idealism is defined; the factors influencing the formation of legal nihilism and idealism are indicated; investigated the mechanism of the relationship of legal nihilism and idealism with the categories of social life.
