Legal status of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in Russian Federation

In the article the theoretical aspects of legal status of foreign citizens and persons are presented without citizenship. The concept of citizenship, his kinds, is certain. Maintenance of concepts "Foreign citizen", "person without citizenship", "stateless person", "dual citizenship". Descriptions of dual and plural citizenship are considered. The problem of visa regime, existing in the mutual relations of Russia and Ukraine, is affected also.
