Legal status of the people with limited mobility in the passengers carriage contract by air transport: problems and solutions

In this article, author provides a comprehensive analysis of the individual elements of legal status of the people with limited mobility under the contract of passenger transportation in air transport. The author uses some important laws of the Russian civil and transport legislation regulating the sphere of air passenger transportation as a normative base of this scientific research. In order to create a positive dynamic out of the current negative situation, the author raises the most pressing problems and offers some effective ways to solve them. To confirm the statements expressed in this article, the author draws attention to the current judicial practice, which proves the necessity for significant changes in the air passenger transport of limited mobility groups of citizens.
