The legal status of a publisher

In the article the author investigates the legal status of the subjects of law of the publisher, the basis of legal relations regulated by the Institute of law of the publisher. The author proposes to approach the problem in a complex, variable and creative way, as the new institution of law can not function effectively without the creation of a special mechanism for the implementation of the law, improving the legal culture of Russian citizens, the appointment of a "responsible" state body for the implementation of specific regulatory legal acts
