Legal status of managers of national economy enterprises of the USSR during the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945

Introduction: the article examines the features of rights and freedoms, social guarantees and compensation, restrictions, duties and responsibilities established by Soviet legislation in relation to the heads of enterprises of the national economy of the USSR during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
